Day 4: Lost 9 lbs in 3 Weeks! More questions about Low Carb High Fat Diet

Saw the doc this morning, FBG 97, lost 9 more lbs in 3 weeks! Showed her my food log and BG log and for the first time we spoke about correction/decreasing for a low trend in BG! Will see her in three months but she wants to know about any lows below 90 because of my leg/hip injury so i don't get weak and fall while I am healing and in PT. i will stop by for blood work next week.
A good visit finally!!!!!

Those fat bombs look delicious and I like well crisped chicken skin but I can't eat too much because too much chicken/turkey skin and butter gives me a headache - always has since I was a child, so I might not be able to be as fat intensive. Do you think this will be a problem? This almost sounds silly me asking this.


Reply from supportive friend who no longer uses insulin due to LCHF diet: 
“No I don't think so at all. Just try not to avoid fatty foods, meaning eat dark meat chicken, fatty cuts of red meat and pork. I love butter, but butter doesn't love me back.”
